I hereby certify that all the information I have supplied in this application form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I recognize that Sonoma Adventist College is a Christian institution structured on the principles and teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. I am familiar with the ideals and principles of the SDA Church and I accept the obligation to live in harmony with those principles, as I become part of the Sonoma campus life.
I agree not to engage in pornography, drinking alcohol in any form, smoking, chewing betel nut, using illegal drugs, or/in bringing such substances onto campus. I accept that I will be required to leave the College should I break these regulations. If at any time, I choose to act in such a way that the terms of this Responsibility Agreement are broken, I understand that the Sonoma Administration retains the right to terminate my studies at Sonoma Adventist College. I promise to abide by the College rules and regulations. So help me God!
